The TV Studios were originally built by TVS in 1982, before becoming home to the Family Channel, then being purchased by Flextech (who subsequently merged with telewest); Flextech were responsible for some of the earliest known satellite TV channels.
In 2002, the TV Studios were bought by a group of local business people who formed Maidstone Studios Ltd. The company defined it’s mission as – “To be a self-sustaining studio and media production centre supporting creative development with local, national and worldwide potential in the new millennium and digital era”.
The TV studios are run by the people who own it, creating a friendly, family-style company personally responsible for it’s customers. We currently offer a tremendous solution for production companies and are continuously growing; always looking to make further improvements to ensure we remain at the forefront of a technology driven industry. |
