Q. Tickets?

A. Can’t find your ticket or want to attend a show? Please contact someone from our list of ticket agencies often used by shows at our facility.

Q. What can I bring?

A. All audience members are subject to a bag inspection and only some shows have a cloakroom facility so please only bring essential items. No food, drink or recording equipment is permitted.

Q. Contacting shows?

A.The Maidstone Studios has no direct contact with artists, presenters contestants etc, please contact production companies directly.

Q. Are you able to accommodate large audiences?

A. Our audience handling area provides the television studios with a modern space to cater for audiences in a secure and comfortable manner. This area currently has over 20,000 people through the door a year, so finding and looking after audiences has never been a problem!

Q. Does the studio get involved in audience show tickets?

A. Maidstone Studios does not handle the sale or transfer of any audience show tickets, these are handled by specialist agencies.

Q. Are refreshments available for the audience?

A. Depending on the needs of the production, refreshments can be available for the audience during filming, including the option to use our fabulous American Diner.

Q. Is there parking available for audiences?

A. With nearly 450 parking spaces on site, productions can have their own allocated zone for audience parking.

Q. Can you help with audience security?

A: We can offer specialist onsite security and ushers, depending on your needs, to help make the event a smooth and enjoyable process for your audience.

Navigate to The Maidstone Studios, Vinters park, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5NZ. We’re just off the M20, Junction 7 sign-posted Maidstone. Find us on Google maps.

London Gatwick:  40 mins
London Heathrow: 60 mins
Folkestone/Dover: 35 mins

By Train

The nearest train station is Maidstone East (there are two train stations in Maidstone). Trains depart from London Victoria and London Bridge. From London St Pancras it’s 19 minutes to Ebbsfleet International station where we can organise for Production staff and crew a mini bus or car to pick up or drop off. A small charge applies and will need to be pre-booked.

London Bridge : 45 mins
London Victoria : 55 mins
St Pancras to Ebbs Fleet: 19 mins, plus 20 mins by road.
Ashford Int: 20 mins
